Fair play is a fundamental principle that embodies key values essential not only in sports but also in everyday life. It represents fair competition, respect, friendship, team spirit, equality, integrity, solidarity, tolerance, care, excellence, and joy. These values extend beyond the field, shaping character and promoting ethical behavior in all aspects of life. As a positive concept, fair play enriches society by fostering mutual respect and camaraderie. It encourages self-improvement, self-expression, personal achievement, skill development, and social interaction. Practiced fairly, sport enhances well-being, promotes good health, and builds a strong sense of responsibility within communities through clubs and voluntary leadership. Fair Play Values: • Fair competition • Respect • Equality • Sport without doping • Discipline • Friendship • Team spirit The INQAKU Fair Play Award This prestigious award recognizes a player or team that consistently upholds the highest standards of sportsmanship. It honors those who compete fairly and demonstrate respect for the game, opponents, and officials. Each week, three nominees will be selected based on their conduct during league matches. At the end of the season, one winner will be announced from the pool of nominees. To qualify, players must participate throughout the season without receiving any cautions in league matches. The Inqaku Fair Play Committee randomly selects nominees from eligible players.
